I have been busy with Stimpunks Foundation!

Huge credit to the genius of Ryan Boren and his epic ability to draw on his tech background to turn some of my ideas into websites, zines, and interactive online games.

It is an ongoing joy and honour to collaborate and explore all these ideas with Stimpunks Foundation community. I am learning so much from everyone sharing their experiences - none of this is owned by us, every page and idea has been formed by everyone and everything we have ever met and worked with, human and non-human.

​Stimpunks is not only stimpunks.org. Over the past year we have built five smaller sites, each doing one thing the big site cannot.

Zines and field guides on stellar nucleosynthesis, piezoelectric bones, and the neurodiversity paradigm. Every atom heavier than hydrogen was forged in a star — which means you belong here as your differences, not despite them. We love you down to your star stuff.

Queering.Earth

Close readings of the canon — art, literature, poetry, politics, people, history — asking what else any of it could have been, so the arrangements we were handed stop looking like the only ones available. Queering is a verb.

Cavendish Space

Places built to fit bodyminds, not the other way round. Cavendish Cards lets you point at a picture instead of explaining — no reading needed, no scoring, nothing shared until you turn a card up. Zone a room works out which zones a room you actually have can hold, and prints signs for the door, because a cave only works if people know not to talk in it.

Twenty places a monotropic mind goes. Some of them are where the good work happens; some of them are the weather that other people make. This is based on my own map of my Autistic and ADHD experience, and it turned out that a great many of us live here too.

Penguin Pebbling

A game of creating belonging, built on the Five Neurodivergent Love Locutions. No winners and no pressure to perform. Draw a card, share in whatever way feels right, pass a real pebble when something lands, and leave whenever you need to.

Every one of them is free to use, free to share, and free to steal for your own classroom, clinic, or kitchen table. That is the point of building them.

Broken systems, not broken people.
