Welcome to Autistic Realms Newsletter!

Happy New Year!

I am delighted to be facilitating a new course 'Embracing our Autistic Selves' delivered by David Gray-Hammond starting Jan 7th 2026.

Embracing Our Autistic Selves is a three-week online experience (via Zoom) starting Wednesday 7th January 2026, 6pm UK time, crafted as a space to lean into your Autistic identity; not as something to fix, but something to meet gently and honestly.

Across three evenings, we’ll explore:

  • What do we actually know about autism?
  • How do we feel about being Autistic, in our bodies, in the world, in relation to others?
  • What does it mean to be autistic for me, when I strip away what others expect?

It’s not a lecture series, it’s a conversation and a chance for reflection.

This is a course with heart, led from lived experience and humility, anchored in the hope that rather than contending with our Autistic identity, we might befriend it.

Self Identification is valid - you don't need a formal diagnosis to join us.

Three Wednesday evenings:

7th, 14th, and 21st January 6pm UK Time

Online, hosted by DGH Neurodivergent Consultancy via Zoom.

Reserve your place and weave yourself more fully into your own story:

Let this be a beginning, a gentle turning toward yourself in a world that so often asks us to explain, perform, or justify. May this space be one of rest, resonance, and recognition.

If paying full price is not financially viable for you, please contact David at david@dghneurodivergentconsultancy.co.ukto arrange a price that is affordable for you.

With warmth

Helen and David
